राज्य में प्रोढ़ सश्ररता का स्तर बहुत निम्न है ! निरश्ररो को साक्षरता प्रदान करने के लिए प्रयास तो किये जा रहे है! परन्तु उसको सही तरीके से लागु नही किया जा रहा है!

6.1 Adult education is still insufficient and should be increased. Adults/uneducated persons should be tempted by giving gifts etc so that their interest towards study can be made.
6.2. To encourage the adult education post graduate teacher should be appointed and his age should match with the age of adults age to whom he/she has to educate.

1. Almost all the adults are literate.
2. N.A
3. Only a few girls are registered with NIOS . They do not attend regular school due to failure in a class, easier way of getting through the class.

Adult Education Centers must be opened organized in every district.time table should be flexible .no girl is registered under NIOS as all girls >15 years go to school.
