New Education policy must have least interference of 'State and Religion' because both of these mars the beauty of education. If people are really educated they will have no prejudice and ism and will not need 'state and religion' to live a better and harmonious life with others and Nature.

Education that cannot encourage curiosity to search and reason is useless and worthless as it can not help the Indians to innovate. And development without innovation will never sustain.

rural education system is worst affected. no adequate system of learning, unskilled teachers who lacks mannerism, we need to connect villages through video conferencing and smart system of learning. conducting classes over video conferencing will definitely help to bridge the gap between rural students convent educated students to a certain degree. most government colleges teachers are absent from imparting education and their knowledge is not adequate and up-to-date.

Besides facility they need role model. They should be shown role model from their community interaction of how they overcome those difficulties and biases. no need of live session recorded session with interactive session can be done. We can use women with professional background who are sitting at home to raise the family or on maternity leave, who are also looking to keep themselves engaged. just like inverter, solar panel should become household item before the electricity problem is resolve

please do not let caste and social division come in way of achieving 100% literacy rate. The all inclusive policy should be made in a way to provide education to all irrespective of social, economic or intelligence status.

Adults feel encouraged when they are taught by a person who is one among them. The government can train few adults in some regular school and then they can teach the village adults through open schooling system..
