Do not re-engage high-cost retired Government officials or extend their tenure. This will result in more vacancies in Govt. and new employees at lesser cost, if required. Bring in more specialists, as required for the job. The Civil Service may be phased out in due course. All sectors of the economy see no need for IAS candidates, why should Govt?

Stepping into Cleanness drive, my advise is ask all the Mineral water, Cold drinks, Chips manufacturing companies to increase their product cost by Rs.5/- and provide a token with every purchase of bottle or water. such Rs.5/- will be refundable by any respected shop keeping selling above products on the production of Emply bottle or chips pack alongwith such token. In this way people will stop to throw away such bottles and chips empty packs here & there.

Along with expenditure planning the commission should also track expenditure of funds by state govt through different schemes. This will also bring in effective utilization of funds and maximise return on spend.we have seen previous govts providing reports on amount sanctioned towards schemes to states through planning comission, but no one bothered to track how effectively it is spent. It is not possible to track effectiveness of spend without citizen participation.

RBI should make our currency, indian rupee more valuable and stronger. Nations with strong currencies have ATM giving ONE unit of its currency, e.g. One $ note. Even a cent counts. In last 60 years, rupee has lost its value multiple times. Please reverse this fatal down trend. Give people rupee note at ATM, print more one rupee note, provide basic services in one rupee. Inflation can only be tackled with top to down approach. And the top starts from YOU, Mr Modi Ji & you Mr. Raghuram Rajan Ji.

Let's take up case of RBI and Inflation. On one end, the Urjit Patel report says RBI should focus only on Inflation Control. The RBI Governor also agrees to this report. However there is a big hypocrisy by RBI. They have decided to stop printing ten rupee notes. This is a very important issue, as such steps will only increase inflation. People will have a minimum note of Rs 20 or Rs 50 and will have to spend more by itself, because no one is willing to give or keep huge change or "khulle paise".

Honorable Sir, Please advise the people of India to peddle to office in case it is within 5 KM. People now will definitely will follow you. It will save our diesel & petrol and make our people healthy and strong.
