Electric lines- They must be laid underground. This has a lot of advantages. Illegal connections will vanish and in any calamity, there will not be any problem.
Drainage System- There must be excellent drainage system. There must be no open drain. Every drop of rain water must be collected and used. The water from toilets must be recycled and given to agriculture.
• Solar panels and bio-toilets must be compulsory in all the houses and offices. The buildings which have them pay lesser tax.

Roads – there is a new technology called the solar roads. The roads are built using hexagonal solar blocks. They absorb sunlight and produce power. They also have built-in heaters and LED-bulbs. Each block is connected with each other and if one fails, the other one detects and sends a signal to the office. They are made of tampered glass which is very strong. This is eco-friendly and will not develop any pot-holes. You can understand better in www.solarroadways.com
