While the general participation rates in higher education has been steadily increasing and today our HE GER is 21.5%, this is not evenly spread across social groups and women. Equitable growth is essential to sustain higher GER rates and hence what kinds of affirmative action could be suggested to reduce gender and social disparities in here.

NO gender & racial discrimination must take place in class . This can be done so by making a groups of boys and girls and make them perform group activites.

we are going to 21st century and still discrimation of boys and girls is present in our society.which is a big shame on us . it should be eradicate

In my views the real devils of society like rape etc can be kicked out by promoting the education that bridging gender gaps and the devil of cast ism can be kicked out bridging social gaps

Gender sensitization steps should be taken to eradicate gender sensitivity. People should be made aware of importance of female education and to reduce gender disparity by allowing more and more females to educate themselves. At lower levels, girls should be encouraged to pursue higher education and support from central and state government should be provided.

Introduce workshops, advertisements and seminars to change the mindset of gender discriminating people of our society and telling them about importance of female education
