विद्या का क्षेत्र सदा ही नीच-ऊँच, गरीब-अमीर, लिंग-जाति-वर्ग- सम्प्रदाय आदि भेद मूलक दूषित विधान से सर्वथा रहित और ऊपर सद्भाव, सद्विचार, सद्व्यवहार और सत्कार्यरूप विधानों से युक्त होना चाहिये ।" वेद, उपनिषद , रामायण, गीता, पुराण, जैन-बौद्ध साहित्य, बाइबिल, र्कुआन, गुरुग्रन्थ साहेब आदि आदि का समन्वयवादी भाव और ज्ञान विद्यार्थियों में प्रविष्ट करना-कराना चाहिये जिसमें विद्यार्थियों को किसी भी वर्ग-जाति-सम्प्रदाय से ऊपर उठाकर भेद रहित भाव भरना सबसे प्रमुख उद्देश्य रखना चाहिये ।

Marriage to be carried out at the beginning and the married couple can be allowed to study by staying at the home of their choice. While study the married female can stay at her father’s house till she completes the study or partially she can stay at inlaw’s house. Or a suitable system of marriage to be designed.

There shud be a policy that when ever a person gets reservation to a status so that he can be stsnd by his own,HE SHUD SURRENDER HIS CASTE CERTIFICATE WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY LEAVE THE SEAT FOR A PERSON WHO IS IN REAL NEED.And thus we can speed up the operation for the service of the ST/SC/OBC Community.
