It's a huge challenge for the existing degree holders who take any master degree or higher degree due to job conditions in the market affected badly in the past & if there is any opportunity in the market then the Industries try to take a fresh breed for the job.

Bridging Gender and Social Gaps is possible by ensuring that all the Indian's are fully aware of Mahabharata, Bhagavadgita, Bhagavata and Ramayana and Brahmasutras by the time an Indian reaches an age of 25 years. For this the process must start from age 5. We have been reinvent the wheel when it was already made in ample numbers by our ancestors.

The 'only girl child' should be given privilege during admission in higher education. 33% Reservation for girls in technical colleges should be introduced in institutions like NITs, IITs and Govt. Engineering colleges/universities to encourage them and increase the no. of girls in this field. This will help the women population a lot. Hope you will consider this.

Gender sensitization needs to be taken up in every school/college to bridge the gender divide and also empower the girl students. Social gaps can be bridged by involving students in group activities, sharing their social and cultural backgrounds and finding a common ground to meet. Many times, despite differences, there are some common issues which can become a bridge to narrow the gap.

Development of self defense skills among girls should be made internal part of school and college education. It will make girls confident and also able to handle any unforeseen circumstances.

According to me the government should remove the article that gives quota on the basis of social background and add the one which gives quota on basis of economic background to the BPL card holders. This will not only help people below the poverty line to improve their statis and education but will also help in building the nation by removing poverty. Also as soon as the status of the family inproves the BPL cards should be taken away so that these are not misused.

There should be equal access to resources. No discrimination. Girls and boys should live in the same hostel, same common room ( common room, not room) to get diversify and to get to know each other better.

I think the government should include the plight of LGBT section of the society, and how they are marginalized everyday. They should also address our rich Indian literature which cites LGBT very frequently, and include in the textbooks how section 377 was introduced during the colonial era as a manifestation of foreign rule and it still continues to rule us.

1.Students need to understand their social responsibility, they need to eradicate this perception of gender inequality & caste inequality. 2.Students need to run campaigns both online & offline to change the perception of students & people. 3.Boys & Girls need to cooperate with each other & raise a sense of sensibility. 4.Moral Science need to be taught to students in all classes, even in colleges, gender gaps & social gaps could be bridged by morale up gradation & giving technical examples.
