While the general participation rates in higher education has been steadily increasing and today our HE GER is 21.5%, this is not evenly spread across social groups and women. Equitable growth is essential to sustain higher GER rates and hence what kinds of affirmative action could be suggested to reduce gender and social disparities in here.

The huge gap created between both the genders over the years seems to be responsible for the sexual assaults on women. There is no presence or meager presence of women at many a work places. If employment of women is increased to the level of minimum 50% at each work place the behaviour of men with women shall definitely change for the better. Imagine had there been one woman employee in the bus in Nirbhaya (Delhi) case, such inhuman incident could not have taken place.

1 of the most important tasks to be undertaken is to weed out politically motivated material from the syllabus of Children. There are topics like Gujarat 2002 etc in 8th standard books which has to be pulled out. This left leaning learning is brainwashing our future. 2nd is to teach India was NOT born in 1947 & provide related material.

the government is making right step to reform 498A regarding it's misuse by women. is it wrong to legalise maintaining more than one partner for both men and women if there exists healthy compromise or adjustments ? we could see that this practice was even justified by our great epic "Mahabharata".

once our people are educated. We need to give education to media, our politician , so called society creators, who highligts certain topics for their own interest and make obligatory notes as per their own notorious mind. to stop certain topic of discussion and createnegative image about our nation. last let the selection process is done as per knowledge, experience and education base intead of cast base. the reservation and minority base selection in jobs and education shall be removed.

gender and social gaps first need to be resolved on state level, then on national level. Social gap if bridges between every states without having difference of opinion IN people's mind regarding their domicile and state level basis like you are from which state, hindu or muslim, UP KA BAHIYA OR BIHARI, MALYALI, PUNJABI BENGALI ASSAMI ETC. half of the problem will be solved. Then instead of focus on male or female let us follow one rule. right of education for all and freedom of choosing career.

debate and discussions on this topic happened many times in past and still continue from Lok sabha/ or say sansad to road. our so called politicians whom we select for nation building itself are mentally sick. same is the case with our judiciary system. from government institute to public sector, defence and private sector, gender and social gaps anybody can see in our day today life. what constitution says has no meaning in practical.
