The principle of gender equality is enshrined in the Indian Constitution in its Preamble, Fundamental Rights, Fundamental Duties and Directive Principles. The Constitution not only grants equality to women, but also empowers the State to adopt measures of positive discrimination in favour of women.

Gender disparity manifests itself in various forms, the most obvious being the trend of continuously declining female ratio in the population in the last few decades. Social stereotyping and violence at the domestic and societal levels are some of the other manifestations. Discrimination against girl children, adolescent girls and women persists in parts of the country.

Consequently, the access of women particularly those belonging to weaker sections including Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/ Other backward Classes and minorities, majority of whom are in the rural areas and in the informal, unorganized sector – to education, health and productive resources, among others, is inadequate. Therefore, they remain largely marginalized, poor and socially excluded.

There are several challenges preventing India’s rural masses specially women and poor people from competing in the modern market, such as the lack of formal education and marketable skills. Government may bridge this gap by funding training projects bench marked to global standards, with an emphasis on placement, retention, career progression and foreign placement etc.

Boys should make good relations with boys and develop their career and future together. They should be taught to respect girls. Animal passions at the younger ages as in schools can only spoil both boy's and girl's life because they know nothing about sex and its impact if engaged against social rules. Animal passion at this age is hard to control especially when many internet sites features hard XXX porns and many boys are regular viewers. Parents have less control these days.

Girls should have an environment where girls should develop good and lasting relations with other girls than boys. In the younger ages, it is easy to shift focus from studies to animal passions. This affects in two ways. Girls lose focus on career and personal development. Unsafe relations with boys can lead to lasting damages in life. Girls should be able to recognize the malicious intend of boys who are trying to get into relations with girls. Girls should make lasting friendships with girls.

Girls are good at understanding things fast. But they do not get a close understanding about the society around them. LACK of EXPOSURE is the thing. They should be taught or trained on the realities of life. It may appear funny, but that is needed as many girls get into LOVE traps easily because they trust boys easily. Kids do not listens to parents, but they may listens to teachers and other students. So this EXPOSURE education can find fruits in schools.

Want to have a special classes for girls for the awareness of sex harassment, abuse, security, family welfare, dev. of their career. The matters which a girl is not frank to discuss with the very close person also, Mother. To know about the fake affairs which exploit there lifes or the problem of depression. The knowledge of empowerment of girls, equality, rights & laws in favour of girls.
