Dear PM, the reservation system needs a big change, as in today's sutuation (after 67years of Independenece) the real downtrodden are not getting this benefit. The reservation should be restricted to one generation in a family, as the father who availed the benefit has the responsibility to take care of his/her kids. And we also should restrict percentage of reservation to not more than 30%, as the merit students will have the positive effect on improving the quality of others.Quality goes up.

A woman is a best administrator and if she decides to complete a job in time and with zero error no one can stop her. She can give you a glory and can distroy you as well. We should try promote and create a haven to female idols so that not only women but also men will get inspired from them.

Even though women are entering most of the fields of work , I still believe they need to be empowered. This initiative should be taken in high schools and colleges , creating awareness in them to take up challenging careers such as mechanical, aerospace, civil engineering etc, which almost abolishes the fact that male dominated fields exist. They should be motivated and encouraged in all ways socially (bridging gender gap) , economically ( scholarships) by the government.

It should be made minatory for all govt. officials working at any level at and govt. teachers to admit, their own children in govt. schools only. This one single step will drastically improve the health of govt. school system. 2. Community run pvt. schools should be separated from individual run commercial shops. Today every laymen knows the character of institutions functioning in their surrounding weather they are profit motivated or socially motivated. But our situate does not distinguishe,

Issue of social gaps in our system of education primarily exists due to initial socio, economic conditions found in the society. But growing commercialsation of education is widening this gap with unprecedenti fast speed. The money minting institutions are ruling the roost. This situation can be changed by doing two things with strong will power. 1.Improving the health of govt. run schools by making, the govt. officials and govt. teachers direct stakeholders in govt. education system. It should

We all know that scheduled castes and tribes and OBC's have been provided with reservations.I would like to suggest a change in the policy. If the two generations of a family have availed reservations and the family is well off then the next generation must not be provided with reservation , they must compete in the general category. Thus, in this way we will be able to help the actually downtrodden. Thanks!
