SO ITS THE RIGHT TIME TO CREATE QUICK POLICY REGARDING THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF SCHOOL BAGS . THAT POLICY IS TO BE REGULATED IN COMMING SESSION ALSO FROM 1-04-2015. THANKS.
