While the general participation rates in higher education has been steadily increasing and today our HE GER is 21.5%, this is not evenly spread across social groups and women. Equitable growth is essential to sustain higher GER rates and hence what kinds of affirmative action could be suggested to reduce gender and social disparities in here.

Remove CCE. It is mere wastage of precious time, money & efforts of a sincere, honest & intelligent student as Projects are downloaded from NET(no creativity). Unnecessary decoration gets more marks i.e. Wastage of money & rich gets more marks.Readymade projects are available & bought by rich students again they get more marks. A real Project done with original Creativity, made with really precious time of an Intelligent student with less money spent as our MarsMission got less marks. Depressin

Hi, I started an organisation a month ago to develop behavioural and communication skills in college students. I went to colleges and I wanted to start training programs in the college itself. Fee was kept as low as possible but due to heavy corruption in pvt. colleges, they did not entertain us. According to the guidelines of UGC, training students on behavioural part and personality development is necessary, they have their own session which never occur. I'm in trouble, how do I train students

Sir, i think Education Loan should be free of Interest because all of you know that education loan required by that students who is unable to pay a huge amount for their higher study. I suggest Govt for EXEMPT Education Loans. Govt may Exempt the Interest for Instant Relief to the poor students. One more suggestion that Govt may charge a small amount in the place of Interest. Please look into matter.

dear sir most of people want to divide up as three new states cos of it is so wide and many young person are unemployed because of low merit and other reason thank you
