Best way to bridge gender gap is to improve law and order situation. Too much premium is given on women protected with sexual honor. A women is blamed and ostracized for criminal act of others. Hence she is not allowed to involved in economic activity. the females who networked with do not have that exposure and encouraged and hence she does not perform well in lot of economic activity. I think we need to create 991 kind of common number to at least register complaints.

Gender and social gaps are created by our own society so called violent well wishers. who feels that whatever they feel good shall be adopted by the people and society. here our political leader, to teachers, saints and saga and community leaders play important role. Now to bridge the gap GOVT. has to make one rule for all like their is no seperat state board exams or every state. books and subjects shall be same for all, and the exams conducting authority is CBSE same for college education.

None- the more we perceive such "differences" the more we "mess up" and manipulate and provide another way to create "fraud". Allow a "natural" way for those who are interested in any field to apply and move on their own, at their own pace. Artificial ways of "enforcing" makes a hash of things. Classic ex.- the low quality of teachers over the years as the "bottom of the pile" became "teachers' as they were not qualified to be any other profession- very sad state of affairs.

Today there are many flaws in our education system.The syllabi of schools and particularly universities are not regulated properly. it should be framed looking to the current trend in technology,the improvements and innovation that are happening in the field of science.We see the focus of the students are only scoring marks.Even the higher scored students are unable to correlate their study with real applications and lacking in fundamentals.Just think of a curriculum which is more creative .

Creating websites is a child's play with the user friendly tools and liberal hosting policies. It is surprising that there is no bureau that rates these sites like the central board for films. Sites should receive a rating from a bureau (such as A etc), which can help parents monitor the activities of their children, protect them from accessing unwanted sites, and keep them safe from cyber crime. Without such ratings on Indian websites, the youth is very vulnerable to cyber and moral crimes.

School uniforms can be more indian--especially get rid of shoes and socks, tie in this scorching sun and heat. We can have unisex uniforms wherever possible--as in tech labs. Equality should be ingrained in their minds early on. They can be jointly be made to do cleaning work in grounds, labs, classrooms etc. Teachers should be sensitized about gender equality. Management has to be warned periodically that they are the responsible lot for the children.

what happened to RUSA? Will govt allot funds for model colleges started in educationally backward districts?

Stop differentiating between girls and boys and treat them as one unit. The social gap will eliminate itself. In a project both girls and boys should be involved on merits not on gender basis. If want strong India we have to delete the word gender from our minds

Naturally no gender or social gaps exists on the Earth but it is created unnaturally by superstitious agents.The social beliefs are solely responsible for any problem among humans. The nature is exact and created things as one complement to the other, thus making the world complete complemently and not dependently. Nature made everything beautiful but if anywhere ugliness exists it is because an unnatural system is developed against the natural flowering and growth of the human beings.
