I live in Kodagu ,that is in rural Karnataka. What really worries me is the quality of education offered by the government schools. I feel we are well on our way to having a generation of educated illiterates. This is a serious problem and needs to be attended to immediately. I am offering my services in any way that you might think I can serve this cause Kaveri Appanna

Regarding school education system in India I would like present my views to achieve its prime goals.First of all a comon pattern of education(CBSE) may be implemented countrywide with a blending of regional subjects as cumpolsory in all govt schools.50% of total subjects may be converted objective(MCQ type) and remaining 50% may be subjective for all kind of language papers.Various activities may be itroduced for better understanding of subjects & teacher's activity may be recorded with CCTV.

Our education system till graduation is crap and useless. There is no practical exposure at all. Focus is not on learning and polishing ones capabilities in analysing the situation and finding answers to problems through observation and self learning but only on mugging up from books vomiting in answer papers obtaining great marks which are highly misguiding.. Education should be like one shown in serials like Mahabharat where childrens were sent to Gurukul and exposed to real life situations.

in our country girl children are allowed to study upto certain age.after their marriage they are not allowed to study.so in the new education policy steps are to be taken to change the attitude of the people.secondly education policy must focus on the issues of girl children that they are facing in school and colleges.academic syllabus must include the achievements of great women and the men who fought for women in the history.it may inspire the girl students and makes the boys to treat equall
