Equitable growth is essential to sustain higher GER rates and hence what kinds of affirmative action could be suggested to reduce gender and social disparities in here.

Why dont we consider limited main language i.e. Hindi or English for the purpose of education in region. Because generally a person come region a major issue while go for higher education because they are not so much confident about Hindi or English to write or speak. Majorly get effect who come from small village. Its my opinion that Hindi/English should be 1st language instead of regional language. For exa i belong from WB but i am getting too much problem regarding language for higher stud

Like foreign countries in India, we have to give education in our national language. So that people of backward areas and students who hesitate to take education in English language, will learn in national language with interest. By doing this the quality of education will automatically improve.

Introduce Indian values. culture and history from an Indian's perspective (as documented by Indian historians) rather than what was documented by foreign historians. The education system is creating only workers in India and not innovators. This has to be changed by introducing value based education. The system has to be overhauled to promote the actual interests of the kids rather than a fixed curriculum after a certain age.

Education to people bring new level of thinking. We should propel such education policy which lead to create interest in the same. I think government should create incentive scheme to teach in rural and backward places. It will lead to minimize the expenses on many other things such as Naxalism and Terrorism,These problems are manly due lack of literacy and poverty. Education policy should be supported by Health schemes, Everybody should be treated without issue of money and status or free.

Improve the quality of education in schools so that private tutions can be avoided. School teachers should not be allowed to give private tutions as they ignore their duties at schools on purpose. Private tutions are depriving deserving children of valuable knowledge. Kids are commuting hours together in a day to attend tutions after and before school time. Apparently more is taught at tutions than at schools. Please curb this menace to improve the quality of a student's life.

Hey all, I think the Education System should be more practical rather then theory and we should now give equal opportunities in other sector of education like arts, sports, athletics, movie making etc rather then turning our children to doctors and engineers other areas to be explored and wings to be opened so that the kid may choose he best, a thing of his/her interest so that he may excel in that field.

Reward is one of the best ways to inspire people. But unfortunately, in our country, although students are rewarded, it goes unnoticed. On the eve of children's day, if some of the bright minds of this nation are rewarded by the Hon'ble Prime Minister or the President, it will motivate the children and their parents to promote education for the children. If a similar competitive environment is created among schools by honoring their teachers, the education standards shall raise.
