Please change the system of mugging concepts and writing exams just for marks.Be it any subject there has to be 70% practical and 30% theory. Exams should be based on real life practical implication relation questions. Most of the students are not able to solve real life issues and face society boldly because schools did not show what to do & how to do Instead they were training us to score marks.Sports, yoga, meditation, skill development classes, vocational training need to be part of curriculum.

We must promote experiential learning methods instead of the present simple lecture modes which is hierarchical in structure- teachers giving lectures and students listening. We must give emphasis to Practical knowledge

To address gender and social disparties in Higher Education start teaching children how to value each other in Primary Education! Whether man, woman, religious or irreligious, forward or backward caste!

Leader is not made. He is born. People look at his face with expectation. He fulfills it and stands firmly on his own feet in the society. Kejariwal is totally failure in leadership. He should not go to people to take their opinion (Raishumari). .Leader should guide and lead the people. He should show right path for others to lead. People look at him with great expectation. Because people believe their leader more than 100%. Like Gandhiji lead a large section of people.

Leader is he who leads the people (Society). Society does not make a leader. It is a leader who makes the society.Leader is made. He is automatically born in society due to his distinguished and blessed qualities.Leader does not ask fpr "RAISHUMARI" - people,s opinion like Arvind Kejariwal. Able leader creates\shows progressive path for others to proceed further.Lord Krishna is the best & unique example of a leader. He worked as a guiding force for pandavas.Leader does not depend on others.

Mr. Prime Minister I want Education with Value, Ex- If a kid wants to be a Cricketer then it is important for him to know how to hit the ball, to know who the father of Akbar is extra information for him. For me a cook must be get education about cooking, other things are extra information only. I write a book about our Education system, a Minister which change our education system, and our country future. Teach our kids to love the failure, ethics and how to get a name and serve the people.

Sir, education allows higher mentation & better social awareness. Though competition is healthy, lack of jobs, restricted entry into higher learning centres & monetary hindrances cause gender & social disparity. Education should lead to viable job prospects & dignified livelihood. Having a BA, BSc or even BE degree will not help without soft / vocational / language skills. Also, work places should introduce the concept of part-time / flexi time for women who also need to nurture their families.
