Adding the option to upload videos of Dash cam and authenticating them with the help of FastTag txn. Maybe provide few goodies for doing so? Also, PSV drivers should be the first to be trained to European standards. Even PSV drivers do not know about overtaking from the right, proper marking of under construction zones at night. I have seen NHAI maintainence vehicles driving on right most lane at 40kmph. Having separate Highway patrol team rather than local police, with proper sense of rules will be cherry on top. We have come a long way and still have miles to cover.

I request the NHAI to consider this suggestion.. Through this App whenever any Physically Challenged person travels their UDID Card details should be added in the App.. Toll should not be charged for their trips. At every Toll Plaza they have to show the UDID Card as a proof.
Or NHAI can issue a special ID card for Physically Challenged people with more than 75% locomotor disability and a special sticker like Fast Tag linked to UDID Card and Aadhaar Card. Whenever a Physically Challenged person travels in a car they should stick this sticker to get full exemption. This will help many Physically Challenged people to save money during their trip. There should not be any restrictions like using specially designed vehicle. A physically challenged person can travel in any vehicle convenient for him/her. NHAI should seriously consider to issue Toll Free Fast Tag exclusively for all UDID Card holders. Presently there is some restriction in availing free concession while traveling.

Toll to be completely refunded if pathholes are found by the driver or owner. The road from Gossaigaon to Rangia is full of pathholes but we have to pay full toll.

At every 100 Kilometres a quality food stall selling hot and cold beverages should be there. Like IRCTC a catering service should be engaged on contract and they should sell the snacks items at a reasonable price. This will be very helpful for the long distance travellers. Through this App food can be ordered and collected at their desired location. One can collect their food items or after eating it in the restaurant and then can continue their journey. This will give adequate rest to the drivers and passengers.
Charging double times toll should be stopped. The rates should be uniform for every 50 Kilometres. Speed limit boards should be there. A separate lane for lorries carrying heavy loads should be there and they should be penalized if they travel in wrong lanes. NHAI should create an awareness among the lorry drivers on avoiding drinks or using drugs while driving and on rash driving should be made. This will help to reduce accidents caused by drunken driving.
