After finding of tourist zone/Circit govt. should have developed the area including all the amenities for the tourists. Then the tourist complex/cottage etc. to be handed over to the local group of people, who in return some pre fixed amount to be given to the govt yearly basis. It will be beneficial to local people as well as govt.

5. Transportation has to be much cheaper and faster. Railways need to be improved much more in terms of time and cost. Faster the supply the better

Rural India is Unique in all states from Jammu and Kashmir to Tamil Nadu it has different climatic atmosphere like Kerala has good water ways, Rajasthan has desert and many and many..., skills based Young Start Ups can do great things but financial inclusions or deals helps to build a good environment in tourism space like Infrastructure, roads, road, rail connectivity helps 100 success in this sector ---- handicrafts goods, Natural Foods, AYUSH Medicine, etc helps Rural torusim great.
