Cleaning the lakes in villages can improve tourism. Lakes can be made into a tourist centre where the nature's beauty can be enjoyed.

Classify every State and district district on various tourism factor Like Religious, Adventure, Forts and Palaces, Sea and Desserts and Waterfalls etc.
For eg.Solapur maharashtra is one of best place for Religious tourism .
lakhs of tourists and Pilgrimage tourists visits here every year.
Solapur is Connected to every parts of India by means of Trains , Airport and roads.
Give special funds for development of these areas for tourism purpose.
We must focus on rural agriculture tourism also.

Every area has something unique. In Bijnor-Muzaffarnagar belt, sugarcane is major crop. Cutting sugercane direct from field and eating that could be a good tourist attraction for these areas.

Indian villages should be unique in as many ways as possible. Road construction projects will result in greater inclusion between rural and urban areas and will boom real estate prices to attract private players to establish hotels, promoting tourism. More and cheap airports will make commute easier. It will also result in agrarian development and generation of employment in these areas. At the same time, villages should retain a link with Indic civilisation to let foreigners have a taste of it.
