The girl child today faces inequality and gender based discriminations even before birth. The nation cannot move forward unless women are given opportunity to realize their full potential and contribute to nation building.

Given this context, please share your thoughts, ideas, suggestions and feedback on how we can change the discriminatory social construct in order to celebrate the girl child. What should be our communication strategy for improving the situation and reach out to people?

Sir,Women literacy is low in India, especially among poor and backward class. If job reservation is given to poor and backward class females( from the already reserved quota) their social status can be improved. Also Parents will allow girls education.

Rape cases of girl child in school premises or homes sends wrong signals amidst parents and some may not send their child for education due to such events. Girl child safety from home to school and from school to home must be safe and protected. Rape cases of Girl child must be dealt with IRON FIST it must be provided with the highest Crime Sentence. No Girl child must be teased when they go to school. Police must ensure such people are taught a lesson and booked under such acts.

Especially states which doesn't allow girl child to study should be allowed more quota for higher education and job opportunities. Female education will help liberate from all socio-cultural-economic problems from the society. Free delivery must be provided for female chuild even in Pvt hospital under PMY Scheme. No Pvt hospital should be allowed to do abortion it can be done only by Govt hospital to keep track of the census of abortion. Abortion must be done only to save a mother's life

Sir,according to me reasons for decrease in CSR of Girls are 4 reasons: 1. Taking Generation ahead, 2. Social burden of Dowry system 3. Medical Technology 4.Genderwise bias- Not Treating Girls equally with boys. Sir, if we go into depths of above problems and try solving them, then we can attain beti bachao - beti padhao abhiyan. According to me 1. Make Girl child compulsory Property partner after deducting marriage expenses & should be given right to carry family and inlaws caste togather, contd
