There can't be equality between a male & female child unless we eliminate Dowry System from our society. Dowry System is sole reason for every evil that girl child faces today. Girl Child is seen as financial burden. Even educated people take dowry proudly. There is show off of dowry in Tilak ceremony. Someone has to stop this. All Rules are not helping the cause. Govt. must analyse on cost and at least 10% profit basis and declare the minimum price of the test. Any hospital, lab or institute charging different from that has to explain reasons and take permission of higher prices. This will rationalize medical costs in the country.
