Another hard fact is that there is a concept of Low Budget Hindi movies which are being played at dingy cinema halls where all poor people go for cheap entertainment. These movies often have sexual explicit scenes. I feel that such movies act as a catalyst for crime against innocent women by those who cant control there sexual needs.

There is significant rise in crimes against women.Today I was shocked to hear that 3 year old girl was sexually assaulted by the school teacher.Was there a mistake of a girl??Why the laws are haven't changed??Why the rapist are not given capital punishment??Will the girl be given justice??The teacher has ruined her entire life.What's the use of BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO initiative.There is only one way to stop these crimes that is to give capital punishment.The action should taken immediately.

We should change our attitude towards girls.If something bad happens to girls then girls are blamed. People preach girsl should do this and girls should not do that. Wny not boys?. Law should be made to punish these people who do such a discrmination against girls. Police should be educated to deal sensitively with rape victims.
