Am of the opinion that reservations for females ( in any sector) will never help the sex ratio become balanced . Instead , all the females in government jobs (whether state or Central govt) can be given higher salaries when compared to their male counterparts and even the punishment awarded to those found guilty of female feticide , prenatal sex determination should be very severe. my daughter is studying in liaoning medical university of CHINA and i expect to my gov of INDIA that untill she is completing her MBBS the gov will give some beneficial points in qualifying the MCI screening test and provide the fair numbering in that particular exam so she or like she or many students of mbbs who are going to be the part of INDIAN doctors could give fullflaged service to our nation .its my humble request to prime minister Mr. N.MODI to consider about the lacking of doctors.
