I request my PM to kindly address the issue of unregulated working hours in PSU banks specially in case of Lady Officers.My wife working in UCO bank as a PO has been posted in rural br. around 40 Kms away from home.It takes 2 & half hrs to reach office. Even after doing duty 10 to 5, The Manager want her to stay beyond office hrs.She has no complaint regarding work or posting but this is a genuine grievance as she is supposed to have a personal life too.I believe that you understand the gravity.

Take special care to monitor poor families who report birth of female child. The female discrimination is more in rural areas compared to urban. Drive away the notion that female child is a burden because parents have to marry her giving dowry. Teach parents to not marry a girl to grooms who demand dowry. Show them the examples of many girls who work in big companies and play a big role in the society. Create awareness that girls can take care of entire family and her marriage if she is educated

सूब्रमनियम स्वामि व रामजेठ मलानी दावा कर रहे हैं कि वे दो महिने मे लगभग सभी विदेशी खाताधारकों के नाम उजागर कर सकते हैं तब सरकार उन्हें क्यों नही इसकी जिम्मेवारी देती? जब कि वे इस मामले मे लम्बी लड़ाई सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे लम्बे समय से लड़ रहें हैं जब कि दोनो मूलरूप से भाजपाई भी हैं. ऐसा न करने से लगता है कि कांग्रेस व भाजपा के वर्तमान नेत्रित्व मे किसी न किसी तरह की सांठगांठ है दोनो नूरा कुस्ति मे लगे हुवे हैं. यदि नही तो तत्काल सुब्रमनियम स्वामी तथा रामजेठ मलानी को इसका उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त अधिकारी नियुक्त किया जाय.

When we analyse of decline in CSR we tend to miss diagnosis and hence treat it incorrectly it was never the girl but position of woman in our society which leads to female infanticide. Let a girl feel that she is living in a free India. Not the country with full of restrictions . She should feel free and safe on the roads. Only then parents can feel that they should not kill their daughter in the womb. And kindly ask the leaders not to guide the girls what they shoud or should not wear. I AM A GIRL , DONT TELL ME WHAT IS RIGHT JUST GIVE ME MY BASIC RIGHTS OTHERWISE I KNOW HOW TO FIGHT FOR THEM.
