The Ministry of Labour and Employment is implementing the National Career Service (NCS) as a Mission Mode Project for establishing a network of Career Centres for providing a variety of employment related services. These Career Centres will be the main outreach centres for the National Career Service Project. In this project, a National portal is also being developed to facilitate registration of job-seekers, job providers, intermediaries etc. and provide job matching services in a transparent manner. These facilities alongwith career counselling content will be delivered by the portal through multiple channels like Career Centres, helpdesk, mobile devices, CSCs etc.

The Ministry seeks to position the National Career Service as a one-stop platform for all employment and career related services. It seeks suggestions from the public, youth, students, Research Institutes, Industry Associations, Academia, Industry etc.forCareer Centres on the indicative areas listed below:

a. Branding of Career Centres: A name and tagline communicating the objectives with particular focus on provision of employment and counselling related services to the youth of the country

b. Coverage of Career Centre: Geographical catchment, Sectoral thrust, Special focus groups, Women and youth centric

c. Implementation Agency for Career Centres: Academia (schools, colleges, universities etc), Industry, Industry Associations, Governmental organisations

d. Services to be offered: Jobseeker registration, Employer registration and job posting, Career counselling, aptitude assessment, Job matching, Information on availability of courses at educational institutions, training providers, Guidance on self-employment and entrepreneurship.

e. Technology Platformfor NCS: Linkage with Aadhaar/Bank accounts to meet KYC norms, Integration with other large databases, Verification of certificates and credentials.

f. Network of Career Counsellors: By linking career counsellors in schools, colleges and universities toprovide professionalcounselling.

g. Involvement of Civil Society, NGOs, CBOs and self-help groups.

h. Local Service Providers through Career Centres: Directory of Local service providers like drivers, plumbers, electricians etc.

i. Career Content Knowledge Repository: A searchable and updated database of skills based content in multiple media formats for easy access.

j. Revenue model for Career Centres to ensure sustainability.

k. Public Outreach Strategies.

Most suitable and innovative entries will be rewarded by a cash prize by the Ministry.

The last date for submission of entries is 31st March, 2015.

EDUCATION PROGRAM/CHANNEL LIKE "TOPPER JR." IN AIRTEL DTH, IS VERY GOOD FOR SCHOOL GOING CHILDREN. SO MANY OTHER PROGRAM IN ORDER TO BOOST EDUCATION TO STUDENT AND SHRILLNESS AMONGST THEM IS/ARE IMPORTANT TO BE INTRODUCED BY DTH PROVIDERS, SO THAT CHILDREN NOT CAPABLE TO HAVE A GOOD TUITION AND/OR INSTITUTES TO PROMOTE THEIR SKILS MAY BE BENEFITED

Engineers who have retired and the professors who have retired can be used by government to focus on new ideas and creation.These ex employees of government are willing to contribute even after retirement in the field of building India and who better then them who have seen it all and done all. This is with respect to all those retired souls who had faced various difficulties to become engineers, doctors 40-50 years back against all odds.Who better than the seasone campaigne to shape India

The performance of state Employment bank is poor. Let there be a National employment bank where youths can register themselves with CV. If their skills match with requirements, they may be called for interview by e-mail. Of course, it's a huge task.

3. In my view to make Bharat "Swatch Bharat" a Firm Policy is needed for "Water Bottles and Chips Packs" Water bottles should be made from Good quality Plastic so that people can use them repeatedly and Govt. Should encourage people to have their own Water bottles before going anywhere also govt. should provide Safe Drinking water Kiosks like "Pyau" so that people get safe water do not need to buy Pet bottles. Govt. should also generate jobs from these safe drinking water kiosks.

My Dear beloved sir, Grabbing the black money from the foreign who used to out side country banks, 1. Block all foreign banks accounts who are having and seize and stop for using transactions and instruct the bank officials. of course it's all business, take measures constructively ask them to pay income tax on that amount. then that amount would be helpful to our country to growth and developments. 2. strict vigilance observance is so necessitate in the departments.

Sir computer education par q job nhi diya jata hai,,, SARKARI schools me computer to hai par unka use nhi ho rha hai usme Dhul jama ho rhi hai aur baad me khrab ho rhe hai, sarkar to computers available kara deti par bachho ko padhne ke liye teachers nhi hai so plz computer education par dhyan diya jay. 2. Railway Minister has launched the scheme in Budget 2015-16" operation 5 Minutes",At Many Railway stations Ticket vending Machines are there but very few passangers are having Cards to operate it.There are touts around it and are charging 20 to 50 Rs. in excess of amount of original ticket can we have railway staff on it or some Govt. agency/ Contractor who can give tickets to passengers and also install these Machines for all india basis so that frequent travelers have their card like Metro.
