sir, 1.fertilizer subsidy system should be online and quick so that agribusiness sector don't need loans to manage their cash flow system. every id card, medical status of citizen, census records, NPS, public distribution system, PF accounts and other government schemes and services should be linked with aadhar because through UID we can identify each citizen by bio metric details and their will be less chance of fraud and data will be available for medical and social research.

Sir, our competitive examination always opening its door for rich one while it is preventing/depriving poor and meritorious for the examinations. The authorities never think about the extreme & excess of examination fees. For example:- If there is 10 Exam in a calendar year the poor one will never able to apply all for its fees but rich can apply all and easily & has more possibility forjobs.

Sir, Banks have to recruit its staffs from IBPS, but now a days all Nationalized Banks openly advertising for service with studding MBA degree from university. So my request to IBPS/RBI/Govt. Authorities to stop this backdoor method and all Banks have to recruit its staffs for MBA degree from this IBPS list. Because this type of separate advertisement will help rich and not to poor meritorious one. The poor candidates may not able for apply the same.

There are two choices 1.Fix Railtel laying terabit network backbone for India. Fix 3G,4G by AREA and not by spectrum 2.Open STP in all district head quarters. Option 1 is easy to implement with minimal changes We need to build global villages and work from home with VPN. No more expansion of cities. Villages has to be made more powerful. Kindly do the needful.

I have developed a project in 1986 to develop children to learn how to learn with the registered name Reading Circle for Children. So far I have developed more than 2000 children. My website is www.readingcircle.in. Please see the details. I propose to impart my expertise to those who are interested to help children learn and perform - not just by having qualification and education alone. This is because every child is bestowed with the capacity to get Noble Prize and more.
