Making a career center is not of any use if one is not getting job. So the move is good but who assures us that we get jobs from these. I personally think that instead of career centers you should start job centers where not only experienced one but freshers can also apply and get jobs. Rest is upto you all that what to do?why to do?and how to do? I do not understand why in most vacancy experience is of utmost priority. Why is it so that freshers qualified enough are deprived of jobs. just think

Skill based hands on Training is the need of the hour. We as a large diversified nation have the manpower but not focused and equipped with skill and hand on training. Kindly take this as my personal opinion.

Respected Modi Ji, Aaj hamare desh mein har koi sikhakar aage badhane ki chah lekar padh raha hain. Ha rkoi apne baccho ko padhakar ujwal bhavitavya dene k liye uske upar investment kar raha hain. koi 4 saal k liye koi 6 saalk liye par un sab ko job ya fir carrer centres available nahi ho rahe hain. Because hamare system ne education and jobs is dono jagah par "Aarkshan" rakhe hain. Yadi in mein se ek jagah ka aarkshan nikal diya jaye to Desh ko ek aisa nagrik milega jisk andar Quality hogi.

Sir This is a very appropriate idea and need of the hour and much and long awaited program In my view our education system is not employment oriented particularly at lower level. We must add training to this having different options In the mean while We can arrange one or two month training program in schools during summer vacation as per the need of local students taking from computer operating to furniture making , electronic jobs to electrical repairs, and much more as per local needs.

There should be first study or survey of the area on district wise to know the requirement of type of labor in that area and also to know the opportunity prevail in the area in manufacturing or processing or service field. And then on the basis of outcome of this surveys or studies separate career centers should be opened to cater the specified need of that area. Because there may be area where mining is the only activity and in some area agriculture is the only activity. Need based training.

Provide permanent employment and not temporary ones or on adhoc basis. Let merit be the decider. Let creepy Nepotism step aside
