There should be some idea to reach the small villages far far from schools and developments. this will at least help the education level and increase the awareness to move forward in future. for the success in long term vision the work on ground level is very important.

More focus should be given to the new possibilities for entrepreneurship. If the areas where the requirements and services could be linked by technology are identified in these career centers, more groups will be benefited. If some of the jobs in the city/urban areas could be outsourced to village/rural areas that will create a new scope and new perspective to career.Such a fields should be analyzed and the available opportunities should be identified.

The government has allocated Rs 2,500 crore fund infusion for state-run carrier Air India for the next fiscal year, an amount less than half of what it put into the airline last year and more than 40 per cent less than what it had asked for.
A senior executive at the carrier said the move will impact cash flows and debt repayments.

There are many NGO's who help children's to come out of these situations, i would suggest that govt should plan some integrated programs with these NGO's..

Apart from this how can our govt. help those children's who are into child labor. They should propose a center which would gradually take care of such children's and make a career path for them.
