Today teachers do not get respect from students. Therefore there must be moral classes for students of all fields and they should be taught the lesson to respect their teachers.Teachers usually do not get right training of how to teach students. They treat them very strictly. Teachers should understand the student's priorities and their mental status and should teach them after doing a good research on students. Teachers should be trained for latest technologies once in a month.

The quality of teachers are deteriorating day by day.The reason behind this pathetic condition is due to poor aptitude and attitude towards teaching. People who are not having right teaching attitude and aptitude are in this profession. Strict measures should be taken to ensure that only those students who are really interested in teaching should enter this noble profession. Not only that the training given to these prospective teachers should be effective to transform them into social engineer
