जो भी शिक्षकों को भर्ती करने के लिये परिक्षाऐं ली जाती है उनमे मिनिमम 40 परसेंट पास होने के लिये जरूरी कर दिये जावें ताकि योग्‍य शिक्ष्‍ाकों की भर्ती हो सकेा आरक्षण व्‍यवस्‍था के कारण 0 नंबर लाने वाले और माईन्‍स में नंबर लाने वाले भी शिक्षक बन जाते हैा

Our govt. should look after the condition of teachers in Private Engineering Colleges of rajasthan, AICTE and affiliating universities and our PM sahab need to do something for the teachers in private engineering colleges. I request to all teachers plz discuss on this issue.

A number of highly qualified school teachers are working across the country with research degrees and other UGC stipulated qualifications.Steps may be taken to get them promoted colleges and universities after a stipulated time working in the schools and monitoring their performance and expertise

Make the teachers job financially lucrative,Shelves all the non-academic works from the work profile of the teachers,make them accountable through the student result(right from primary to higher level),two year B.Ed is welcome step but made it integrated 5 year course as offered by RIEs, CTET like exams should be taken pre-admission to the Teacher Education course.

Do you know people of non hindi speaking area still do not know Hindi ? Not only common people but also teachers, lecturers, professors, engineers, doctors, govt staffs of non hindi speaking states even do not know meaning of I, we, you and essential words in Hindi. If this situation continues then how we will be able to speak to each other in one common language ? State boards of many states do not teach hindi at secondary level (10th) onwards. They emphasize on english only. Please do somethin

अन्य देशो मे जहां शिक्षक अच्छा परिणाम दे रहे है उसी तरह के प्रयोग किए जाय बेसिक शिक्षा मे शिक्षक को नौकर चपरासी, क्लर्क ,हलवाही ,जनगणना ,blo, रैपिड सर्वेयर,हाउस होल्ड सर्वे ड्रेस का कपड़ा खरीदना सिलाना सप्लायर ,रसोइया नियोक्ता ,प्रेरक नियोक्ता ,कोटेदार ,पुस्तक बितरण करता ,पोलियो ड्राप पिलाना,कीड़ो की गोली खिलना ,आइरन गोली देना ,प्रधान, बीडीसी ,पंच एमएलए ,एमपी चुनाव कराना छात्र शिक्षक अनुपात एक शिक्षक 5 कक्षा ,2 शिक्षक 5 कक्षा पढ़ाना डेव्लप्ड द बेस्ट teachers का सपना किस पीढ़ी के लिए होगे

Sir, why don't we try to request those qualified civil servants, engineers,Doctors, economist,Bank officers, the brainstorming IITns, research scholars etc to spend 2 hrs during weekend to educate students in their ward no. And for this respective state government can provide some nominal but necessary infrastructure like a small room etc. Because a good student can have better teaching ability with experience and knowledge, they can better explain the coming education need.

promote the education and research in sociology.in a applied way for the larger interest of nation and special focus on Hindi speaking states.This will help us in minimizing the social trust deficit among citizens,as well as reduce their exploitation through caste politics.
