An Ideal Teacher can only make a ideal student and then a ideal citizen. Therefore a developing of system or guidelines is the need of the time through witch an ideal teacher can be reached. some of the common guidelines may be such as follows. 1. Person be selected for post of teacher at any level should have no addiction of Tabacoo , liquor , smoking etc. 2. minimum salary of any teacher may be fixed with sufficient amount so that it meet the basic requirements of family.

Different states formulate different criterion for selecting assistant professors .That should be uniform in all over the country.Haryana is not following the best criterion for selection ,how they can select best teachers.

Appoint new teacher. Teacher should be well qualified and experience. without good teacher, student are not able to learn and understand.Proper motivation and promotions, incentives must be given to the talented teachers according to their qualification, work experience and special contribution in both the academics as well as co-curricular activities.
