whatever the education policy may be education cannot improve unless good educationist come into this field.teachers selection procedure should be controlled by cbse so that there is no compromise on teachers selection and appropriate teachers teach and on the other hand the exploitation of teachers will stop. 2.More emphasis on c.w as many parents are either illiterate or dont have time to teach. This will stop the business of tuitions and reduce the financial burden of parents.

MORAL EDUCATION AND YOGA SHOULD INCLUDED IN TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME. SPIRITUAL EDUCATION ALSO INCLUDED.

BACHELOR OF EDUCATION degree should be provided with a great check and proper supervision.it should not be given without any practice teaching skills.

Without good teachers, Students are not able to learn and understand. Every school should Provide the qualified staff To develop their skills training must be given. For teachers selection, Elegibility criteria must be there.
