sir,hamare desh me quality education ki bahut kami hai.gov.schools me teachers padhane nai aate aur appointment me bhi curruption. so please sir reform to root our education system. paise wale to phir bhi padh lete hai but garib bache aaj bhi education se bahut dur hai.

this is neccesories to the class 11 th rulls than 11th and 12th exam result be better.

Teaching as a profession can flourish only when it is given respect. Bright young people will join it when it gets as good a salary as any other occupation and when it offers stable and dignified jobs. Alongside this, courses on teaching should be made part of Ph.D. programmes and a must for new faculty. They should learn how to engage with and inspire students and not just do a mechanical job.

बच्चाे के सारवागीण विकास के लिए त्रैमासिक अद्धर्वाषिक परीक्षा पाठयकम के अनुसार हाेना चाहिए। बच्चाे काे विषयवार शिक्षा देना चाहिए। गेड नियम काे समाप्त कर सभी विषयाे में अंक देने की व्ययवसथा हाेनी चाहिए जिससे बचचे अपने किये हूए मेहनत का परीणाम भलिभांति जान सके ताकि उनके मन में विषय के पति अधिक रूचि जागीरत हाेगी। मध्यान भाेजन व्ययवसथा काे बंद कर उनके खाताे में उनके भविषय के लिए राशि जमा करनी चाहिए ताकि वाे राशि उनके उच्च शिक्षा के लिए काम अा सके।

Qualified and innovative teachers should be appointed after qualifying the competent exam and should not be selected on the basis of approach. Time to Time they should provided training for the new approaches of education by the respective boards without much wages on schools and colleges. There should be some methods for checking of competency of teachers after appointment. Facilities to the private schools and colleges teachers must as per government rules and standards.

According to govt policy every child from 3 to 14 year has the right to gain free education. for this purpose many facilities are given by govt. edu. free, books, uniform and mid day meal but govt. could not succed. there are many reason for this. the main cause of corruption. in evry feild there is corruption e.g. govt teache do not workhard according their salaries. their future safe and bright.
