Views are elicited so that our higher education institutions can nurture good faculty who in turn can propel higher standards in our students.

• Education is a whole process for it has the responsibility to develop the whole personality. It develops the whole personality rather than trains anyone in one direction. Collective wisdom rides on the horse of reason along some emotional content. Knowledge is information and the state of knowing, whereas wisdom is becoming of such knowing Teaching has to become an enjoyment for the teacher, a blissful experience for the student Most teaching should be agenda less for the student

Wisdom Education is a movement that started a few years ago under the leadership of Prof. B. K. Passi and Prof. A K Awasthi. It was widely discussed in seminars and conferences, pursued and adopted by individuals and institutions. Wisdom is born of consciousness which is almost indefinable and incomprehensible. It is consciousness of natural reality and human experience. It provides solutions of misdirected approaches, cleanses maladies at the root, it fails none, harms none.

Wisdom can be our goal. The content of education, teaching, environment, process, non-formal approach, informal contacts, moral uplift, traditional values, spirituality, cultural orientation, contemporary knowledge and pragmatic awareness along deep understanding that all are essential part of mother Nature- all combined will create conditions conducive for understanding BALANCE leading to wisdom, which may dawn upon someone. Students should be trained to learn how to imagine the unimaginable and hone their creative skills.Teachers can develop creativity in children by not telling them about it but by by being role models.Creativity is the highest skill and it needs to be developed in children for the success in evolving global economy.

teachers should be paid well so that instead concentrating on their bread and butter they can concentrate on the qauality of education they provide.

Madam, I have a suggestion to your department 1)Institute should deposit amount in Regulating Bodies i.e. AICTE, PCI, MCI and Other and 2) that regulating bodies should transfer salary to faculty in their respective account directly. may this will help for two ways one it helps to faculty to keep their mind in Quality Education and second it will stop corruption available in this field.

Madam, please change the system of salary to faculty. various Societies and trust running various technical colleges of various stream and showing name of adequate faculty which is not available actually in the institution similarly faculty present in the institution are not getting salary up to the standard. Experienced faculty is working on minimum remunerations which are directly affecting the quality of education.
