Developing the teaching talent and incentivizing best teachers, retaining good teachers are all significant to improving the quality of teaching. Views are elicited so that our higher education institutions can nurture good faculty who in turn can propel higher standards in our students.

No reservation should be made in the recruitment of Teachers. Appropriate qualification (Not the Time criterion as in Odisha) should be the criterion for the salary structure of the Teachers in Schools and Colleges.Best facilities should be provided to them for up gradation of their knowledge by way of proper and effective training and orientations. Then there can be a starting of Nation building.

A teacher should always be encouraging.A weak student should never be told that he can"t do anything.Instead,he should be encouraged to work hard and perform well.A teacher should be cooperative in the class so that students find their teachers as their friends but all these should not be confused with extreme leniency.

sir when i was in medical collage i was on night duty.a person comes at me saying that his father had a fracture i seen the pt while examine i see the person i talked has no footwear in his foot. i questioned him why he have no footwear in his foot. he replied that he was a teacher in primary school in periphery and the salary was sufficient.

Government and public sector must give training to the existing teachers periodically so that they can get updated and train their students very effectively. This may be by the way of sending teachers to short term programes deputing them for higher education, training them in industry or other relevant sectors

"गुरुजन बन्धुओं को चाहिए कि सबसे पहले विद्यार्थियों को शिष्टाचार का व्यावहारिक पहलू मजबूत करें ! ‘सत्यं बद्; धर्मं चर ! (सत्य बोलें और धर्म पर रहें-चलें !)’ अध्ययन का मूलमन्त्र होना चाहिये । इसकी व्यावहारिकता पर सबसे कड़ी दृष्टि होनी चाहिये ।

pahle to shikshako ki bharti me koi prakar ka aarakshan nahi hona chahiye. badme shikshako ko naitikta samja kar, uski samaj me kya ahmiyat he wo samja kar uska moral badhakar use padhai ek kam na lagkar uski ruchi ban jay aise use treat karna chahiye.
