Great teacher set high expectations for all students.great teachers have clear written out objectives.teachers have lesson plans that give students a clear idea of what they will be learning.their classrooms are organized in such a way as to minimize distractions.they try engage the whole class and do not allow few students to dominate the class.great teachers communicate frequently with parents.

education system should be based on teaching skills and teacher attitude also. So a perfect teacher should be knowing of new teacher skills.
