समाज में सबसे अधिक महत्त्व एवं साधन सुविधायें, यदि किसी को दिया जाता है तो उसमें सबसे प्रमुख एवं सबसे अधिक हमारे गुरुजन बन्धुओं को ही मिलनी चाहिये ताकि उनका मस्तिष्क सदा ही निश्चिन्तता पूर्वक अध्यापन में ही लगा रहे। प्रत्येक समाज में अध्यापक बन्धुओं को आदर एवं सम्मान दिया जाना चाहिये ।

अध्ययन-अध्यापन का कार्य ऐसे गुरुजन बन्धुओं को सौपना चाहिए जो झूठ-बेइमानी-चोरी-छल-कपट आसक्ति-ममता-स्वार्थ से परे हों अथवा इन्हें हर हालत में छोड़कर ईमान-सच्चाई-संयम-सेवा को धारण कर चुके हो| "‘दोष रहित सत्य प्रधान मुक्ति और अमरता से युक्त सर्वोत्तम जीवन विधान और अमन-चैन का सुखी समृद्ध समाज स्थापित करने हेतु गुरुजन बन्धुओं को सबसे पहली तथा सबसे बड़ी जिम्मेदारी अपने ऊपर लेनी और उसे सुचारुरूप से वहन करनी चाहिये ।"

I have thought a new idea of learning for children by forming groups with teachers. In this system the total number of students are divided among the total number of teachers in school forming small groups.

After studying for 3 years in a reputed college of this country what I found missing in most of the teachers was PROFESSIONALISM.carrying forward the so-called Indian "chalta-hai" attitude. Wherein teaching as more of a job and less of a passion has really disappointed the students and I can surely say that very few meritorious student today desire to become teachers. This shift of good quality students towards professional avenues has led to dismal recruitments. Plz promote professionalism.

Recruitment of best candidate is needed for best faculty by minimizing nonacademic factors in selection of faculy at institute.To minimize them objective criteria must be there such as allotment of marks for publications,patent,books,or chapter written,academic performance of candidate during UG and PG.Whatever be criteria for a institute must be published on its web site with marks distribution.Result must published on same days with distribution of marks for each candidate selected/nonselec
