I feel we should introduce SAP like (ERP) systems in government offices to issue birth certificates, residence certificates, income certificate...each individual should have an account or profile in it which needs to be updated regularly by giving relevant documents, this account should be made operated from any internet and individual can take print of required certificate at any point of time, this will reduce a lot of time and manpower in government offices.

इसी तरह imail ( I stands for INDIA) जैसी नई प्रणाली की शुरुआत हो तथा imail का app भी बनाया जाए | (For Example – gopalkrishna@imail.gov.in (link sends e-mail)) Must read PDF letter.

Sir, I was thinking of digital literacy right from age group 4 onwards. If Honble PM so likes, it can be started with all Central Schools and then all be covered up in next phase. Any multinational company like Microsoft, Google or any suitable company can lend their support if requested by Government.Microsoft is doing so in US with its Bing project. Our teachers ,students can be enrolled and trained on line and virtual class rooms will be every where

Why should we have different bank ATM's in one place? How we can spread the ATM centers across city, rather than having all in One Place? As per me a RBI headed company should maintain all the ATM. The same company should feed the money to ATM & bare the expenses such as (Rent, Security Salary, Technology Exps). Based on the withdrawal proportion of individual banks the cost should be allocated to respective banks.

Today we are taking about making the country digital but we're not thinking of a place where the mobile network is also scarce so firstly we should try to improve current services. I have visited a place in Govindpuram, Ghaziabad where there is no network of 3G and a very bad coverage of 2G. People need to go outside for surfing and talking. So there is a need to improve the no of towers and minimise the health risks caused by mobile towers.

A sincere request to implement e-hall tickets / admit cards for the students of Xth or XIIth or other graduate students that give board exams. Misplacing a hallticket during the tense period of board examination is very common, which mounts the pressure and tension among students and their parents. If we can have e-admit cards, students can download it anytime and will not have to be cautious for this. In all other examinations, like entrance tests and other exams, they have this online facility
