Making application these days is really easy. Govt should invite simple to use, easy to install and ready for scalability from citizens in various spheres of life. If approved, govt should pilot in 1 or 2 districts. On successful piloting it should be roled out at national level with the help of any big technology firms. It is the need of hour that everything should b computerised. 95% transaction of transactions should b thru cards.Salaries should b credited in bank accounts in smaller firms too.

A chip should b inserted in every child taking birth like animals under observation by discovery scientists.Aadhar should be generated online then only by hospital authorities.Same Aadhar should be punched on bum.Sounds awkward but in country like us where most of people are corrupt this seems to be only solution. Then link every home, car, household or luxury with Aadhar.Barcode readers and system should be connected centrally connected to sync data with central repository.

Spectrum should be allocated by area and not by channels. TRAI made a blunder to allocate spectrum by channels. Assuming there are 100 channels per band and all channels are available to provider - not just 5 mhz per subscriber, and modifying hexagonal to square cells - see attachment. 1 tower can handle 4 bands X 100 channels X 5 user per channels having 3G 2000 active connection. This is practically impossible now. We also need to reduce cell size and have micro, nano, femto cell

The Income Tax department has two systems in which they work-CPC & AST. The bridge between the two is not seamless. CPC is transparent and features are being added regularly. However AST is opaque. Cannot request for download of orders passed or apply for rectifications online etc. AST cannot email orders, notices to assessee. Fail to understand why the two systems co exists-CPC & AST. CPC software can be rolled out in place of AST with adequate safeguards. This would ease life.

Improve traffic by linking vehicle ownership, insurance and police data. If a vehicle is found violating traffic rules, instead of paying cash to traffic policeman (who might be corruptible) allow sending digital "fine" which can be paid online. Unpaid fines can be charged to the insurance company (with penalty) in the next renewal, which they will recover from defaulters. Having a common vehicle database with all police + insurance info will help solve and reduce crime as well.

Make aadhar an all purpose proof . Collaborate all imp. documents on 1 paper like caste certificate, voter id & even ration card proof even after providing a seperate ration card. Lets answer how. On aadhar a small portion shall be made mentioning ration details then a mark saying eligible to vote or not. The address on aadhar shall be only be considered for voting area. Caste specifications on aadhar itself shall reduce the need of caste certificates.

Why don't u use aadhar to stop crime.Since aadhar contains biometric info. it can be used for not only detection of criminals but also can help in recognition of dead bodies. However for successful implementation of this it is required that the gov makes such policies that may force the citizens to get their aadhar made. Also I think instead of making it a problem for people to manage so many documents u can make aadhar more wider by making it usable as all purpose proof.
