Dear PM Sir, India needs Intelligence & Digital Smart Cities for economic development should get all the basic facilities like 24x7 water supply & energy, efficient urban mobility, good governance, ICT, safety etc. based on we will be implementing project reports(SRS), ICT framework, Common Service Centers, Nagarpalika Database Information System, four pillar of Institutional, Economic, Social, Physical Infrastructures in PPP(public private partnership) method on sharing with States and Central.

India needs Intelligent and Digital Smart Cities as per the resources availability of Institutional, Economic, Social, Physical Infrastructures need to undertake following MoU between the Central Govt., State Govt., and the Urban Local Body(corporation or municipality). The funds allocated to each Smart Cities by the Central Government, State Governments and Municipal Corporations or Municipalities will be implemented projects through States & Central Govts. Nodal Agency(NUDC) in PPP methods.

Creating websites is a child's play with the user friendly tools and liberal hosting policies. It is surprising that there is no bureau that rates these sites like the central board for films. Sites should receive a rating from a bureau (such as A etc), which can help parents monitor the activities of their children, protect them from accessing unwanted sites, and keep them safe from cyber crime. Without such ratings on Indian websites, the youth is very vulnerable to cyber and moral crimes.

It is not safe to have everything digital till we are self reliant on hardware and software fronts. We should use open source instead of foreign corporate software. Even now we see the site pointing to US for our transactions. Why give all our data to them ? To be another East India Company Situation, this time at the hands of American corporates ?

आज सभी लोगो के आधार नंबर बैंक में डाले जा रहे है। तो ATM के अलावा ATM me login के लिए finger print recognition जादा अच्छा है। market me card swap करने के अलावा fingre print से भी तो काम हो सकता है। कोई 1 bank account fingre print से operate हो तो कितना अच्छा हो? उसके सारे अधिकार वो अपने fingre print में रख सके तो कितना अच्छा हो? Digital Identity को उसके identity से जोड़ दिया जाये तो कितना अच्छा हो?

Mr. Prime Minister, Can you assure us that our data if and when supplied to UIDAI will be secure in the sense that no private company ( that too having foreign links/subsidiaries/holding etc) will be involved ? Can you give us a UID involving post offices and central government only by collecting and storing data without sharing with private companies expressly or impliedly. Otherwise your enforcing Aadhar will be doing a disservice to the nation and we feel let down. Pls bring a white paper.

When you go to a police station in order to report about something you lost. They send you away to some other police station saying it doesnt come under their 'area'. The second one says the same. This problem can be solved by starting a hotline and/or a website where your report could be registered. After which they'll send you an SMS and email. Show that SMS at any police station near you and get a hard copy of your DDR. It'll curb corruption as well as save your time without much hussle.
