My suggestion for Digital India : As soon as student clears the board exams for 12th Class,she/he should be issued AADHAR card , PAN card , Bank Account no., SIM card from mobile company immediately at the time you are issuing the Marks Sheet. The school /board / state government should ensure that all the students get the above mentioned documents. Further, the girls students should get the rewards in the form of cash in their bank accounts depending on the results.

For Maharashtra Govt ridicules payment process of Maharashtra Govt. for IT dept to hiring people on third payroll I am one of them last 3 month salary not provide by Govt Of MH due to one sign pending in mantra-lay if one sign take so much time then how govte dreams complete
