there should be a data bank of all government offices

I take this opportunity to ask Mr. Barack Obama that on one hand US supports Pakistan with huge funds of billions of US dollars in the name of Pakistan development purposes, then on the other hand US confirms that Pakistan is a terrorist nation and terrorists over there saunter in open, then how do we believe that your money given in the name of development is not misused by Pakistan, can you assure us that US money is not being used to harm India or to propel terrorism

IT Incubation centers : As of today, we have incubation centers available only to top(IIT,IIIT,IIM) institutes. The people(students) who are mostly urban centric and does not understand the problems of rural india very well. Can Govt setup the incubation(especially on IT) centers like "Navodaya" schools?. So that rural youth can join and start building products

Also we need to make a transparent job pool where we can utilize brain power for construction for a good cause. Transparency is the need because we know Tata shows fake picture in country “Desh ka namak” but deny “Desh ki degree” IGNOU students are not allowed to participate in interview panel. Digital India ,we all dream and excited about.The time ahead is for digital India.Education for all is the first step.Though, the number children going to school have increased since decades of two,but definitely not to satisfying level.School drop outs are still in large number.Reasons are multifaceted from poverty to redundancy of class teachings in providing jobs and avenues of gainful employment.Would need to emphasis on skill development, communication skill development.
