Procedure of taking any service in Govt. Department is very complicated and old, hence Babu gets advantage, simplification of Govt. Service is necessary, signboard of documents required, responsible persons,d time limit of each service must be indicated in each and every Govt. Office as well as its official website. People can see his work status online or by sending SMS.

To summarize: Government should focus on three things for digital services and accessibility.
1. Start nation wide Mobile Governance Project.
2. Increasing and improving the internet connectivity penetration (Can be through public private partner ship) at a much faster pace.
Miscellaneous interaction mediums can be initiated once internet penetration is achieved.

Mobile Governance Services should include:
1. Direct benefit schemes (medical / domestic / employment)
2. Important information notifications from government.
Mobile governance would require download application and register your mobile number. this would facilitate direct reach of other useful services to users / citizens.

following are some of the stats:
1. Active internet users on mobile:70% of total internet users.
2. Total number of mobile users around 60-70% of total population.
3. internet user of total population: 15%
As per the stats, internet users are more on mobile then on any other device in india (urban + rural). The internet connectivity penetration has to be improved at a greater pace than today. Along with it Mobile Goverance should me emphasized.
