A simple DIRECTIVE from DoPT to Central Ministries & Deptts. to process, RTI Applications filed ONLINE, through EMAIL, may change delivery system, establishing credibility & intention of the Govt., saving on cost and man hours.

E payment system in all govt. services central,states ,utilities,payments from A to Z must be simplified in single platform it shall be free/minimum/reasonable of cost to needy/deserved people. It will increase revenue of the Govt with simple way. Avoid cumbersome procedures.

Please make all govt.records in digital format in online to view/ reach needy people consequently lead to greater transparency, eliminate delays,red tap ism,bribes etc

Sir, I humbly request you the cost of internet services shall be reduced/ subsided and reachable to persons. of 3G auction price should not increase internet browsing cost. It is double edged sword. Increasing 3G/ 4G internet cost not to increase the no.of users/ beneficiaries in lower/ middle class.

SIr I am an engineering student studying in Lovely professional university.Sir,Internet is very much necessary in educational institutions.Sir it would be very helpful for students if they get 4G wifi in their university.As your plan is to link top cities of India with 4G Wifi.It would like you to do it also for every college and university of India-making it mandatory for every university to provide this with blocking of all unnecessary websites.

We produce software professionals but we hardly have digitised ourselves. Every government record should be digitised. Strive for a Paperless society and do away with submission of paper records even after online submission. It's duplication and irrelevant. There should a file on every govt servant that can be accessible by the public. Every minister's activity - be it a dinner s/he has attended or received a gift should be on the website- the practice followed in the UK for complet transparency

THEY MUST LEARN N KNOW COMPUTER APPLICATION FOR DIGITAL INDIA.. SPECIAL CLASSES SHOULD BE CONDUCTED FOR THE SAME RELATED TO INDIAN ENVIRONMENT..MORE N MORE CITIES SHOULD BE PROVIDED FULLY WIFI ZONES SO THAT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ANY BODY CAN TAKE ITS ADVANTAGE i.e. IN CASE OF WOMEN ,WHEN THEY ARE VICTIMISED BY ANTI SOCIAL ELEMENTS.
