Dear PM, I am impressed with the initiatives you have taken recently like Swacch Bharat and Beti Bachao. Paper Bacho: Why dont we start digital bills being sent to mobile phones and online account at chains like More Supermarket, Apollo Pharmacy etc. I have instances where a bill of A4 size is given even if I buy just one product at some chain stores. Sending bills/bill details to mobile phone can help reduce paper usage and also indirectly help with garbage issues in some metropolitans.

At-least one member in a family must be computer literate, According to survey Highest percentage is in Kerala where more than 90% of families have one or more members who are computer literate. Administration by government is becoming digital but the people who need it most citizens living far away in villages do not know how to use those services for ex, Mobile one in Karnataka. How many schools in villages have Digital Library or Digital education? I hope present govt will change the future
