Dear PM Sir, Digital Services to rural in a Single level platform of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures, technologies development, promotes rural entrepreneurship, builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time, and taking into its new approaches such as participatory local community to all Government agencies through common service centers. Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contain one unit of CSC.

We have a big problem in our country which is caste based reservation. Now people and politics should start thinking above castes. Now we are observing more economic based discrimination than caste based discrimination. Government slowly should move to economy based reservation rather than caste base reservation. It will save lots of money also make a target that we have to decrease 5% families from BPL list every year. In next 10 years there should not be any BPL.

There is a need for mobile app that bring people always contact with everyone(including government) in the village/the circle police station area.This app wouldn't work as social media(this will done by restricted comments in the app).This app to work as indivudual command to crowd.Such an app will useful when there is emergency need for any(like blood),making city alert of any,about city traffic,government to pass message to peaople as much fast on any(venues for government purposes etc.).

Sir your initiative for clean india is an good thought like wise But now the condition in pune going worst to worst day by day as no one over here comes to pick the garbage and the near by local people has found an a simple way to just burn them durectly creating terrible smoke and increasing air pollution terribly If u wanna tun vlean india initiative first clean up the mind set of people then have a proper garbage management...

Dear PM Sir, Bridging the Digital to Smart Cities for economic development should get all the basic facilities like 24x7 water supply & energy, efficient urban mobility, good governance, ICT, safety etc. based on we will be implementing project reports(SRS), ICT framework, Common Service Centers, Nagarpalika Database Information System, four pillar of Institutional, Economic, Social, Physical Infrastructures in PPP(public private partnership) method on sharing with State and Central Governments.

10. Installation of CCTV cameras at dense traffic places and all sensitive places and recording of the same in a centralized data base. 11. Online generation of fine receipts who violate traffic norms and cleanliness. CCTV camera may be used as a evidence. 12. All banks/govt. offices to have kiosks which will provide online access to all digital services. 13. Most or 100% job to be done online which inturn helps in curbing the corruption. 14. Online voting facility to all Indians.

5. All basic needs like Land records, RTO jobs, GP/TP/ZP activities to be made on line. 6. There shall be a Single Smart Card ( clubbing all info about, PAN Card, Land/Property details/Adhaar/Voter card/Driving license to name a few) with all citizens of India. 7. Optimistically I am even thinking about that smart card as my credit/debit card. 8. GPRS to be made available at affordable rate or we shall think of design our system to use very little data usage for all govt. related jobs online.

US universities/offices have eqal ratio of male/female.To achieve this reservation for females for higher education,jobs & elected institutions is must.Ban Khaps.Make ill-treatment of daughters,employment of girls below 18 years punishable.Police must be reported all abortion cases.Special courts to try cases of rape,ill-treatment of females,domestic violence,abortion& honour killing.Pay half the salary to estranged wife.Grant equal right to daughter-in-law in husband’s & his ancestoral assets.

There shall be kiosks at all post offices through which common man can avail the digital facilities. 4. Online transactions to be made compulsory phase wise. To start with one can start with metros. This will even minimize the internal black money issue.

Respected PM Sir, on the eve of celebrating the Republic Day of our country, I am sorry to inform you that for more than 10 yrs the District Administration of Dhubri is practicing a ban on two wheelers riding after 5 pm in the name of Security at Dhubri town only causing inconveniences to the people. This happens only before Independence Day & Republic day. If the issue is Security then the same should happen to through out the Sate of Assam as well. Expect your Good Governance.
