The objective of the Indian Model Bilateral Investment Treaty text is to provide appropriate protection to foreign investors in India and Indian investors in the foreign country, in the light of the relevant international precedents and practices, while maintaining a balance between the investor’s rights and the Government obligations. The model text will form the basis for negotiations with other countries.

Avoid double taxation on investors who invest,otherwise a negative mindset will frame on the investment of investors.Tax laws to be simple,clear & meaningful that will be helpful in setting the example of motivation.

i wish to share my idea to avoid the lavetory at railway station where all train are arrived at station . the lavetory used by the people are fall down the rail way track and not removed . this shows not hygenic during selling of goods food item. i shall give idea that aluminium shrinkage bag with inner cleaning facility shall be automatically closed during arrival at station . this shall to avoid the falling shit in the railway track. to avoid un hygenic . the track aluminium shrinkage

आज प्रधानमंत्री जी की तरह देश के करोड़ोँ लोगो के चेहरे पर ख़ुशी के मौके पर उदासी देखी गई। क्योंकि उन्होंने भारतरत्न अटलबिहारी बाजपेई की दिल को छूने वाली आवाज सुनने को नहीं मिली। श्रीमान मोदी जी को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

Modi JI in my prospect u the only person who think and india become developed country and u doing lots of efforts. I would like to share that in metro cities in all over the india people facing problems of cheap and good public transport service.

I am not competent to review national policies. but i would request expert commitee to please read through a Book by Michael Porter : "Competitive advantage of Nations" and potentially engage IIM Strategy Professors for the same.
