The objective of the Indian Model Bilateral Investment Treaty text is to provide appropriate protection to foreign investors in India and Indian investors in the foreign country, in the light of the relevant international precedents and practices, while maintaining a balance between the investor’s rights and the Government obligations. The model text will form the basis for negotiations with other countries.

Comments/suggestions are invited on the draft text.

Respected sir, it's a request to you to introduce a new system of education. In which student only study those subject in which they are interested . This will help them to show their capabilities in particular field. Students have study all those subject in which they are not interested therefore they cannot concentrate on their favourite subject. As I've to study science but I'm interested in s.st and maths . So I want to think about it. Thanking you.

Simplify taxes so that they know when to pay and how much to pay and plug loopholes which helps them to evade taxes if the deal is done abroad or in other situations as well. List what is expected of them and what they can expect from the govt.(basically a list of rights and duties). Make the drafting as unambiguous as possible thereby eliminating the risk of different interpretations.

continued from last. we will pay stipend in return to cow cake and we ll use the same cake to produce bio-gas. in wast of bio gas the wastage of plant can be used as pestisizers for the cultivation by this we can utilize all 3 R's of global environment.

i want to do something for country My View about the country is towards wasting Bio-Gas energy at urban and rural areas. according to me govt has to give license to build the public toilet and also allow to build bio gas reservoirs near the toilet as i shown in the pictures and collect the gas and supply same as in the form of LPG to the customers, by which we can reduce at least 10% of LPG need. also apply the same plan in town also, who has cow, we will collect cow cake in return we ll pay
