The objective of the Indian Model Bilateral Investment Treaty text is to provide appropriate protection to foreign investors in India and Indian investors in the foreign country, in the light of the relevant international precedents and practices, while maintaining a balance between the investor’s rights and the Government obligations. The model text will form the basis for negotiations with other countries.

Comments/suggestions are invited on the draft text.

OUR COUNTRY HAVE HIGHEST SCHOOL STUDENT POPULATION NOW IF A CHILD BORN HE/SHE HAVE TO GO SCHOOL WHEN REACH TO 5 YEARS OR 3 YEARS IF EACH PARENT FIXED DEPOSITS SOME MONEY SAY 1 LACK ON THE NAME OF CHILD FOR 20 YEARS.ALL BANKS GETS PROFITS WHEN ALL PARENTS INVESTS OR FIXED DEPOSITS SOME MONEY THEN PARENTS NEED NOT TO PAY ANY SCHOOL,COLLEGE AND HIGHER EDUCATION FEES CAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO GET BACK THE FIXED DEPOSIT MONEY FOR CHILD WHEN HE TURNS 20.BY THIS CHILD GETS SAVE FUTURE AND GOVT GETS PFIT

sir actually i want to request please end up all the inspector raj in all over india from all indian industry because this inspector raj is black spot on our indian industry and our industry will not grow if we will not end up the inspector raj from india so please end up the inspector raj from india immediately from today onwards from this moment sir please do it sir our country is demanding from your government BJP jindabad

b made more and more special economic zones in all over india with world class infrastructure (100% electricity, 100% water supply, 100% labour supply, 100% Ease norms to do business and can start business within a hour means within 1 hour we can start business in india definitely sir this will improve our industrial system and business environment and the dream project make in india will happen in future

if we want make in india than please our government of india has to remove all the hurdles in our industry which are given by most corrupted party of india - congress party - fill with most corrupted leaders of india i am giving below the suggestions how to remove it "- a give more and more least interest rate loans to indian businessman so that they can grow their business very easily manner in india

e after that govt of india use these industrial hubs only for use of industry and these hubs should be given more and more space to young indian businessman who wants to do business in india and they can open many number of factories with the help of government of india g Give more concentration on china and we can compete china only by strong infrastructure like flyovers, electricity, water, industrial corridors, manufacturing hubs, low loabour cost and least tax burdens on our industry

these FTAs should be in favour of India. b Instruct all the companies which are investing in india that they should invest 80% of their net profit in india only (strictly with law) c All the companies who are investing in india should employee 80% of their total workforce only and only and only from india (strictly by law) d All the companies who are investing in india has to make atleast one industrial hub in india (strictly by law at any cost) and handover to govt of india when made

Most Most Most Most Most Respected PM Sir J Jai Hind i m requesting on behalf of all my countrymen that make ease to ease business environment in all over india with 0% politics involvement and 0% red tapisim involvement in them and do follows with FTA a Do free trade agreements with at-least 120 countries of the world and give india hurdle free investment state immediately (FTAs with EU, Australia, USA, China, Japan, African countries, all Asian countries) and these FTAs
