The objective of the Indian Model Bilateral Investment Treaty text is to provide appropriate protection to foreign investors in India and Indian investors in the foreign country, in the light of the relevant international precedents and practices, while maintaining a balance between the investor’s rights and the Government obligations. The model text will form the basis for negotiations with other countries.

We must should reduce fuel vehicles, We must encourage Solar Power and Battery based vehicle to save our environment, trees, health and also to reduce the accident on the roads. Sting operation with the help of common man and other all solution we should consider.

Carry forward last message.. I agreed it involves a very big amount but sir you can not imagine the result once you applied. You must make some strict rules if any area of person not perform his duty or gives excuse "Camera not working/ Internet issue". Make sure use only IP camera and give right to people to watch activities at nearest area. There are lots of wrong activities which I experienced on daily basis,can be resolved by only one action. can not complete due to word limit..

Dear Modi Sir, As per my view and experience, control is key to show your governance. As I daily experience many wrong activities happening on road in which poor/middle class people suffer a lot.For a solution, You must create surveillance team in central who will control all India. Put CCTV in all major area's in INDIA and create your own team to manage all activities related to installation/troubleshooting and all.This will give a right impact on your governance and help to reduce accident.

NARENDRA MODI JI How our Judicial, Administration and Executive system are functioning in our country. How poor person can get justice in his life or not I have no legs I can run super fast than cycolon, I have no eyes i can see, I have no ears I can listen, I have no nose, I can take smell, I have no tongue, I can take blood . Your bold steps in this regards is highly be appreciated service of poor, down trodden people is service of God

Nraendra Modi Ji Worte many letter's from last 25 years pillar to post. But crying in wilderness is meaningless, I get some hopes with you as told that I dont want to eat and other's are not allowed to eat. All correspondence were sent by mail to CBI, CVC, RBI, a social media and DC Tinsukia your interfer in this regards is highly be appreciated to you to take necessary steps for the end of justice. Service of poor, down trodden peoples is service of God.
